Description
Semax is a synthetic heptapeptide with the sequence Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro, based on the 4–7 fragment of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) with a stabilising Pro-Gly-Pro tail. It is studied in laboratory research relating to neuropeptide signalling.
