Description
IGF-1 LR3 (Long R3 IGF-1) is a synthetic analogue of insulin-like growth factor 1, engineered with a 13-amino-acid N-terminal extension and an arginine substitution at position 3. The resulting single-chain polypeptide contains 83 amino acids and is studied in laboratory research for its extended activity relative to native IGF-1.
IGF-1 LR3 has a molecular weight of approximately 9,117.5 Da (~9.1 kDa).
