Peptide Calculator Tool
Peptide Calculator Tool
A reconstitution calculator helps convert a vial’s peptide mass and diluent volume into a concentration (mg/mL) for accurate research dosing records.
The interactive version of this tool is coming soon. In the meantime, the basic formula researchers use is:
Concentration (mg/mL) = Peptide amount in vial (mg) ÷ Diluent volume added (mL)
For example, adding 2mL of bacteriostatic water to a 5mg vial gives a concentration of 2.5mg/mL.
See our Reconstituting & Storage guide for full handling steps.
