Same-Day Dispatch: How Our Order Processing Actually Works

We advertise same-day dispatch on orders placed before 3pm, but what does that actually involve behind the scenes? Here is a straightforward walkthrough.

1. Payment Confirmation

Once payment clears, your order moves into our processing queue automatically — there is no manual review step that delays orders under normal circumstances.

2. Picking and Packing

Each item is picked from cold storage and packed with appropriate insulation for transit, in plain, unbranded outer packaging.

3. Courier Handover

Orders placed before 3pm on a business day are handed to our courier the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a weekend, are dispatched the next business day.

4. Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is dispatched — check your spam/junk folder if it does not arrive within a few hours.
